How do I change my non-expiring password?
A: If you know your password and you want to change it, you can do so within the Agents-Only website. Select "Change Your Password" under "Agency Settings." If you do not remember your password, call the Motorists Help Desk at 800-876-8572. Iowa Mutual agents should call the Support Line at 800-456-5259.
If I have multiple accounts, do I have to change my password on each account?
A: No, once one account password has been changed, all accounts will sync to the new password. In other words, if you update one account password, you'll need that password to sign into your other accounts.
