Motorists Insurance Group announces two major digital initiatives: redesigned website and social media channels

Motorists Insurance Group announced two major digital initiatives last week. With a newly redesigned website and the launch of its Facebook and LinkedIn pages, Motorists is making strides in the digital space.


The redesigned website ( integrates Motorists’ affiliates into one website so consumers can shop for their insurance needs in one place. It features a brand video that easily summarizes Motorists’ story in less than two minutes. The “Find an Agent” functionality is more user friendly and allows consumers to easily find their neighborhood Motorists agent.


In addition to improved functionality, the new website showcases Motorists’ refreshed brand. “Our refreshed branding invites us to speak to consumers in a friendly, understandable manner,” Grady Campbell, senior vice president and chief operating officer of Motorists, said. “You’ll see more consumer-friendly designs and copy throughout the new website.”


Motorists also revamped its LinkedIn profile and launched a Facebook page earlier this month. “We think this will be a great way to interact with our agents and policyholders,” Campbell said. “We’re excited to share information and updates on these channels and to connect with our audiences in new ways.”
